ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਉਮਰ ਨਹੀਂ।
Sambhaal Strong is a physio-designed wellness program for people 50 and over — real strength training in small, friendly batches, with khuraak (food) and sukoon (sleep & calm) looked after too. And chai after every class.
Strength quietly slips away with each decade — and with it go balance, knees, sugar control and confidence. The good news: it comes back, at any age.
people over 60 in Punjab suffer a fall — among the highest rates in India
of Indians over 60 have sarcopenia — age-related muscle loss
weeks of training is enough to feel and measure real strength returning
muscle responds to training at 50, 60 and 70 — it is never too late to start
Strength is not about lifting heavy. It's climbing stairs without the railing, sitting on the floor and getting up with a smile, carrying your own bags at the sabzi mandi — and keeping your sugar, your balance and your independence for the next thirty years.
Everything that makes the years after 50 strong — in one program, built for Punjabi bodies, kitchens and routines.
Three 45-minute classes a week — weights, bands and balance work, designed by a physiotherapist and scaled to your knees, your back, your pace.
A dietitian's plan that works in a Punjabi kitchen — protein for muscle, sugar under control, and no fad diets. Dal, not detox.
Better sleep, lighter stress, sharper memory — through breathwork, unwinding sessions and the simple medicine of good company after class.
No machines to fear, no gym crowd, nothing to prove — just steady, measured progress with people your age.
One message on WhatsApp books your spot. Come see the vibe — bring a friend.
A gentle screening — BP, health history — and your baseline strength scorecard. Doctor's nod if needed.
Same batch, same friendly faces, certified coaches — morning batches for women and for men.
We re-test your strength, balance and sugar — and you watch the numbers move.
Not "feeling a bit better" — numbers. Every member gets a baseline scorecard, re-measured every 12 weeks.
Sit-to-stand, grip strength, balance, walking speed, BP and fasting sugar — the numbers that predict your next 20 years.
Strength returns fast after 50 — most members see their first numbers improve within one quarter.
Members share their scorecards the way youngsters share gym selfies — and honestly, they've earned it more.
Illustrative scorecard — your baseline is yours; so is your progress.

Fitness for people over 50 is full of nonsense. Here's the nonsense we've banned.
Screening first, physio-designed progressions, joints respected. Strong and safe are the same thing here.
No powders, no pills, no "miracle" anything. Your khuraak comes from your kitchen.
No keto-shmeto, no starving. A dietitian's plan built around dal, roti, sabzi — and your sugar report.
No blaring music, no 22-year-olds flexing. Your batch, your pace, your people — and chai after.
Monthly plans. Pause for the Canada trip, the wedding season, the harvest. Come back to the same batch.
Your scorecard and reports belong to you — and whoever you choose to show off to.
You're exactly who this is built for. Every exercise starts at a level anyone can do — including from a chair — and progresses at your pace. Most of our members have never set foot in a gym, and that's precisely why we don't look or feel like one.
Usually yes — and honestly, that's often the best reason to. Every member goes through a health screening first, and where needed we ask for a quick nod from your doctor. The program was designed by a physiotherapist specifically for knees, backs, BP and sugar that are 50-plus. Strength training is one of the best-proven ways to improve sugar control and support joints — done properly.
Yes — women-only batches are at the heart of the program, with women coaches, morning timings, and your own batch that stays together. There are men's batches too. No mixed batches unless a batch votes for it.
Anything you can move in — a salwar-kameez and walking shoes are perfectly fine. Bring a water bottle. Everything else — weights, bands, mats and the chai — is on us.
Our first batches start in Ludhiana and Moga, with morning and early-evening timings. Message us on WhatsApp for the exact venues and batch timings — and if you're in another city, join the waitlist; we go where enough of you ask us to.
You pay in dollars from wherever you are; your parents just show up and train. Every month you get a progress video and their scorecard on WhatsApp. If they miss a week, we check on them and let you know. It tends to become everyone's favourite message of the month.
